Water more hygienic than toilet paper, say doctors

Sep 7, 2017 | Bathroom Habits, Family Health, Female Hygiene

We all know using dry toilet paper often leaves feaces behind, else there wouldn’t be such a huge problem with skid marks in people’s underpants.

But now our doctors are finally realizing there is a more hygienic, a healthier alternative to rough old toilet paper.

Toilet paper exposes many females to urinary tract infections

Doctors have confirmed that leaving this feaces behind exposes many females to urinary tract infections.

But I think you already knew that…

I recently read a report from US doctors that they now believe dry toilet paper “moves shit, but it doesn’t remove it”, which leads to females suffering from urinary tract infections, as the bacteria is transferred to the urethera.

As I’ve been saying for years, toilet paper is NOT “cleaning” in the sense of showering. It is a stop gap until you can have another shower, and get properly clean.

Obviously ,if you’re having a number two after leaving your house in the morning, such as a café, coffee shop or service station…

Then you could well be faced with having to struggle through the rest of the day, often the next 12 hours, with traces of feaces left on your skin.

If you’re female, then you’re faced with the potential of suffering from urinary tract infections.

If you’re lucky and that doesn’t happen…

Then at the very least, you have to face the rest of the day with the discomfort, and often itching, of your private parts being unclean…

But now technology has developed you do have much better alternatives. But more of that in a minute…

Back to the report…

It amazes me that American doctors are only just now realizing that using dry toilet paper is “just unclean”…

But on the other hand, better late than never…

I’m just delighted that American doctors have the balls to admit that they have been wrong about toilet paper.

However, some doctors are still advocating using both toilet paper and water for cleaning.

They believe the toilet paper removes the faeces while the water cleans everything thoroughly.

However, I have to disagree…

Of course ,if the bathroom you’re using only has toilet paper provided, then you’ve got no other choice.

But, happiness and good hygiene practices start in the home…

It could be argued that you spend the most time in your own bathroom.

Whether that to be true in your specific situation, of course depends on a number of factors…

But I believe you should make sure your own bathroom / s has been upgraded to the 21st century so you can ensure your whole family has the tools to get “shower fresh clean” after every toilet visit…

Then you can look at advising the owners of other bathrooms you use in upgrading their own bathrooms.

Such as a friend’s bathroom you might use often. Your local café, your local pub or restaurant.

I’m sure they’ll welcome your advice, when you let them know how much money they’ll save over a year, when they don’t have to purchase so much toilet paper every week.

In addition, their other patrons will also be extremely happy having the opportunity to clean their most private parts of their bodies when ‘they are on the road’.

Also, think about this point one of my clients mentioned a couple of days ago…

“Greg, I think it’s disgusting to touch the faeces almost directly, coz that’s what we’re basically doing when we use toilet paper. As the germs and bacteria gets through the toilet paper whether we admit it or not”.

This is so true…

School Science Experiment Reveals Bacteria Gets Through Toilet Paper

I remember a science experiment we did in high school about this very point…

We found that bacteria got through multiple layers of toilet paper…

I can’t remember the exact number of layers, but it was more than every student in the class, and the teacher admitted to using…

And when we know very few people wash their hands properly after using the bathroom, this is a very worrying fact…

Because you know these same people, then touch the door-knob leaving the bathroom…

Touch the hand-rail down the stairs…

Touch the buttons in the lift/elevator…

Etc, etc, well you get the point…

What is the alternative to toilet paper?

So, what is the alternative to toilet paper?

If you would like to get “shower fresh clean” after every toilet visit, save money, and feel a zillion times better than you ever will with nasty toilet paper…

Then I suggest you give The Bum Gun bidet sprayer a chance to change your life…
