Lockdown can be gruesome. Lockdown can be enlightening.
Is lockdown preventing your overactive mind from experiencing peace and satisfaction?
A lot of us are suffering from the inability to be happy and joyful in our lives while stuck at home during Covid.
The reasons for inner chaos can be various and different for everyone but can often start off as a lack of meaning and lead to chronic unhappiness and a slew of other mental health struggles.
Chaos brings about uncertainty, fears, and inabilities and it is inevitable.
Lockdown is crazy, hectic, and uncertain and that only amplifies the chaos within us. With all of the outer chaos in today’s world, that seems to bombard us at every second, finding any peace in between all the challenges being thrown at us can seem impossible.
Living with internal chaos can affect your life and wellbeing in many ways.
Chaos can cause you to lose focus and bog your mind down. It can cause stress and make day to day tasks more difficult. Internal chaos also causes emotional and psychological distress.
This makes happiness and peace seem so much more out of reach, maybe even like a fairytale or something to strive for after retirement and you are soaking up sun all day on your yacht.
But is this how life is supposed to be lived? You screaming at the top of your lungs. Trying to dig yourself out of a hole but feel as if you are being buried by quicksand your whole life because something isn’t right. But you just don’t know what it is or why you feel this way?
Inner chaos is an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction and unhappiness with ourselves as humans and/or the life we are living.
You are not alone; in our modern world, more and more people struggle with this than ever before.
For me, my inner chaos growing up was largely related to hating toilet paper, and this is why I am so passionate about helping people discover the benefits of The Bum Gun.
I hated the pain toilet paper gave me every day.
I felt disgusted every time I saw the blood-soaked through my toilet paper.
I felt inner chaos with feeling dirty every day I used toilet paper, knowing I was walking around dirty.
Perhaps you have tried to talk to someone about your inner chaos and were told that this is just how life is. And just to “suck it up”.
That’s what happened to me when I tried to get help about my toilet paper issues.
Being unsatisfied in some area of your life does NOT have to be normal.
It doesn’t just have to be the way life is. You do NOT have to accept it and move on.
I’m telling you now, don’t try to accept it. When something inside you is nagging you to sort it out, you gotta deal with it.
Because no matter how hard you try to forget it, your mind just can’t remain calm.
Are you struggling with inner chaos due to Covid-19? Or perhaps something else?

Of course, a holistic health coach can help you sort out the areas in your life that are disturbing you and together, you will work towards taking practical and healthy steps to achieve a peaceful and calm mind and lifestyle you can truly enjoy.
But that might not be possible right now. So I’d like to try to write regular posts on this topic during lockdown. Hopefully, I can help people get through Covid-19.
If your inner chaos is chronic and out of control, a mental health professional help you hone in on the source of the issue and resolve it to help you find peace and calm.
Look, I’m no expert. But I feel I can help people by discussing some of the issues I’ve faced over the last couple of decades.
