This year it’s all about internet shopping sites…
And wondering if they can deliver before Christmas Eve…
You’re probably NOT stuck in a terrible traffic jam…
And no long lines and chaos at an airport.
Today, I’d like to offer you this thought:
It’s true that Christmas is overly commercialized. And it can become way too stress-filled and overblown.
Sometimes giving presents seems more about obligation than benevolence.
And Christmas promotions definitely start earlier and earlier every year…
I know you don’t want to hear Christmas carols being played in early November, neither do I….
But consider that this is a time to show your love for your family and friends.
And hopefully, Christmas isn’t ruined for the kids in your family.
People’s actions at this time of year are driven by a desire to offer someone a sign of their love or affection or gratitude.
And to me, anything that instills that much generosity in all of us is something very special.
And remember, whether you’re celebrating Christmas or simply preparing for the new year for 2024…
I sincerely hope next year will be better for all your family.
