“You KNOW Water Gets You Cleaner”

1876 Invented Toilet Paper Is History

Have you ever had any embarrassing moments due to your poor personal hygiene?

Or someone’s close to you?

I’d love to hear your stories.

As I’m sure many readers of this blog would love to also.

If you’d be so kind, use the comments box at the bottom to share your story.

You might even get a special surprise if your story is good and it gets lots of comments.

What’s The Big Issue With Being Clean Anyway?

Look, I’m well aware that some people out there don’t mind being stinky. They don’t think there’s anything wrong with not having a shower for a week. Or even a month.

They wouldn’t blink either, if they didn’t brush their teeth for a few days.

You guys will most likely be fine with toilet paper anyway. So, not my audience.

Feel free to exit this page. Because this advice isn’t for you.

Ok, have they gone?

Great.

It’s just you and me then.

Perfect. Just the way I like it.

I know you value your personal hygiene. So, here are some tips for improving your life even further.

Because, let’s face it…

Life is damn short.

So, we should make the most if it while we can.

Let’s go…

Personal hygiene encompasses all your daily routines that help keep your body clean.

  • This includes regularly brushing your teeth.
  • Using the Bum Gun after using the toilet (you do, don’t you?)
  • Washing your hair regularly, especially if it’s prone to being greasy
  • Washing your hands often and then again (especially if u use toilet paper – thanks 😊)
  • Washing your body every day
  • Washing your clothesproperly and often
  • And wearing deodorant

When people don’t learn these habits, or they become overlooked, certain consequences may develop ranging from social problems to potentially serious diseases.

Having a healthy diet is also an important daily routine.

As is, drinking lots of fresh water.

Consequences of Body Odour

The first consequence of poor hygiene is body odour.

You don’t need me to remind you of the vulgar experience that can be at times.

If you’ve even been on the London tube-train in summer, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

Body odour occurs due to the interaction of bacteria and sweat produced by the apocrine glands. As bacteria thrive in unwashed sweat, over time their by-products produce the smell commonly called BO.

As bacteria thrive in old sweat.

And over time their by-products produce the smell commonly associated with body odour.

But My Poop Aint Messy

BO also comes from poor bathroom habits, resulting in faeces, urine or blood odours.

This is especially true of people who still use toilet paper, and for some who have certain kinds of poop.

The fact is, some people have the exact kind of diet which means their poop flies out of their poop-tubes.

I get that.

Therefore, their skin doesn’t get stained, and therefore they need very little toilet paper.

But for the rest of us, whose diets are a lot richer. Well, then we need heaps of the nasty white stuff to get even close to feeling clean after a poop.

But with all that extra wiping, comes the broken skin, and the bleeding.

And the huge costs over for the toilet paper.

So, if you’re anything like me. And loves a thick, rich Indian curry, or many of the Thai curries for that matter, or a spicy shish kebab once in a while…

Well, you’re going to need The Bum Gun if you want to avoid all that wiping, and avoid all that resulting pain…

And yet still feeling nasty dirty…

The Bum Gun is waiting for you…

Men and women have unique hygiene needs

Men love The Bum Gun to clean their poop.

But the fairer sex has front and back to clean. And also have periods to deal with.

Therefore, they absolutely love The Bum Gun for the awesome freshness and cleanliness it provides.

My wife, and millions of women across Asia can vouch for that.

Women must take care to keep their genitalia clean. And always wipe from front to back, if you have to use toilet paper. This will help prevent introducing infections from the rectum to the urethra.

Consequences of Bad Breath

Bad breath is another nasty experience we sometimes have to face.

It usually develops from not regularly brushing and flossing your teeth.

But there are other reasons.

First, bacteria thrive on particles of food that can stick to your teeth.

As the bacteria digest this food, their by-product results in the nasty odour.

Food can also get stuck in your teeth and rot over time, producing a foul odour.

Ask any dentist, because the tooth will often decay.

The bacteria in plaque release acids, which break down the protective enamel on your teeth.

As this process continues over time, a hard substance called calculus can form on the teeth, irritating the surrounding gums.

This irritation can progress into gingivitis. And also lead to inflammation of your gums.

Then after, gum disease.

Gum disease causes infection, and eventually may destroy your teeth.

Resulting in a visit to the dentist in most cases.

An often-horrible experience which could have been avoided by simply brushing their teeth 2 or 3 times per day.

Consequences of Poor Personal Hygiene

Hygiene practices, such as washing your hands, prove the most effective ways to prevent contracting disease and spreading disease, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

Your hands are in constant contact with both the environment and your face,

This provides easy transportation from the surface of an infected object or person to your nose or mouth.

Washing your hands with clean running water and soap helps reduce the number of bacteria on your skin, lessening your chance of contracting diseases such as:

  • the common cold
  • influenza (flu)
  • streptococcus
  • staph infections
  • salmonellosis
  • hepatitis A
  • and typhoid

Final Thoughts on the Consequences of Poor Personal Hygiene

I’m sure you love feeling clean.

A refreshing shower is always a welcome part of the day. Right?

I feel so sorry for anyone who still uses toilet paper.

There is absolutely no reason to still be using toilet paper in 21st century Britain, America or the like.

Life is too darn short for putting up with nasty toilet paper when your life could be so much better.

So, stop wasting your time. Stop wasting your life.

And ditch Toilet Paper today by taking action.
